Agrimed Limited is now offering its products for sale through its website – referred to as agrimedmalta.com and use of the services is subject to these Terms and Condition. By using agrimedmalta.com you will be accepting without limitation or qualification these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree with these Terms and Conditions please discontinue the use of agrimedmalta.com immediately.
Agrimed Limited reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions of agrimedmalta.com at any time. Access to any update will be listed on new Terms and Conditions on the agrimedmalta.com home page. The new Terms and Conditions will take immediate effect and will govern all transactions with Agrimed Limited through the use of agrimedmalta.com. Should you disagree to the new Terms and Conditions please discontinue the use of agrimedmalta.com immediately.
agrimedmalta.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all of the services provided by Agrimed Limited should it result that the account has been inappropriately used. You also have the right to request blocking or erasure of data which has been processed unlawfully.
Customers may request deletion of their account by sending an email addressed to info@agrimedltd.com.
1. Definitions
1.1 Agrimed Limited is a veterinary importer, wholesaler and retailer located in Triq L-Imdina, Zebbug, Malta, specialising in veterinary pharmaceuticals, feed additives, food and related equipment.
1.2 Customer: the (legal) person with whom agrimedmalta.com enters into a sales agreement concerning goods to be delivered by Agrimed Limited. Customers can be split in five different groups:

1.2.5 Local End clients
2. Sales Policy
2.1 Purchases of any products by anyone below the age of 18 years is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Agrimed Limitedreserves the right to change prices appearing on the website agrimedmalta.com at any time. The final price charged is the amount appearing on the final invoice upon collection/delivery of the order. It is acceptable that the customer reserves the right to refuse the product if this has been charged at a different price to that shown on the website. Agrimed Limited will do its best to inform the customer of any changes in price at the earliest possible opportunity.
2.3 Agrimed Limited cannot be held responsible if the stock status of a product is changed. Agrimed Limited will do its best to inform the customer at the earliest possible opportunity if a product appearing as available on the website is actually out of stock.
3. Age Restrictions
It is an offence to attempt to buy a product if you are under the required age. The offence applies also to any third party attempting to purchase from agrimedmalta.com any product on behalf of an under-aged person.
Customers placing orders for the purchase of products on agrimedmalta.com confirm that they are of the appropriate age to receive and use the specified product so ordered.
Agrimed Limited reserves the right not to supply any age-restricted product where it is reasonably believed that the customer is below the relevant minimum age.
4. Products
4.1 The product image shown on agrimedmalta.com is for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.
4.2 The “POM” and “PVD” signs next to an item indicates that the item can only be dispensed against a prescription. While you can add these items to your shopping cart along with other non-prescription products, we cannot dispatch your order until we have received the valid prescription issued by a veterinary surgeon. POM – Prescription Only Medicine – and PVD – Prescription Veterinary Diet – items can only be dispensed once a valid prescription issued by a veterinary surgeon is received by email, facebook or attached during the ordering process. Products that are not available at the time of order will appear as “on backorder”. While you can add these items to your shopping cart , they will not be charged on your order confirmation. You wil be informed when they are available once again without commitment to purchase.
4.3 Special arrangements will be made for the clients listed in 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3.
4.4 Clients listed in 1.2.4. are not allowed to buy POM and PVD products for re-sale.
Products that are not available at the time of order will appear as “on back order”. While you can add these items to your shopping cart , they will not be charged on your order confirmation. You will be informed when they are available once again without commitment to purchase.
5. Product Leaflet
5.1 Please read the leaflet or the packaging information carefully and follow your veterinarian surgeon’s instructions before using any product.
5.2 Product information on this website may be different due to regulatory changes.
5.3 Agrimed Limited is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use of the product obtained from this site.
5.4 Agrimed Limited is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from any other uses different from those recommended for that product.
6. Deliveries.
Agrimed Limited offer delivery services as following:
Clients listed in 1.2.5
a. Any order value size may be collected from Agrimed Pharmacy.
b. For orders valued less than Euro 125 a 6.00 Euro charge delivery services will be added.
c. For orders valued over Euro 125 delivery is free of charge.
Special arrangements may be made for the local clients listed in 1.2.1, 12.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.4.
7. Payments
Payments for on-line purchases will be made upon collection of the order. Clients listed in 1.2.5. can pay on delivery by Cash, Cheque and Credit card.

8. Returns
If the client wishes to return any item purchased for whatever reason, he/she may do so by returning the goods at our Agrimed Pharmacy with the receipt. From there onward Agrimed Limited’s return policy policy will take place followed by reimbursement if applicable.
Returned goods will be accepted if the original packaging is undamaged and in good condition.
In line with good dispensing practices the return of purchased medicines is not accepted.
Returns of other products will only be considered not later than 3 days after purchase. Special arrangements may be made for the local clients listed in 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.4.
9. Disputes
Disputes arising from the agreement made between Agrimed Limited and the customer will be submitted to the court of law in Malta or to the legally competent authority.
